Alex Claremont-Diaz (Taylor Zachary Perez), the son of the President of the United States (Uma Thurman) and Britain’s Prince Henry (Nicolas Galizin) have a lot in common: stunning beauty, undeniable charm, international fame… and a total disdain for each other. Separated by an ocean, their long-running feud was never really an issue, so ugly and so public that a feud over a royal event became tabloid fodder, potentially leading to a major shift in US/UK relations. By going into crash control mode, their families and supervisors force the two rivals to “peace”. But when Alex and Henry’s frosty relationship suddenly begins to warm to a tentative friendship, their feud turns into something more than they expected.
The film is directed by Matthew Lopez, who wrote the screenplay with Ted Malauer.
