According to the police of Rochester, officers were called to Cedarwood Terrace around 8:00 pm on Tuesday to report a shooting. The victim, a twenty-year-old woman, was taken to Rochester General Hospital in a private vehicle.
The investigators determined that he had been hit with a machete, causing a serious injury in the upper part of the body, but that did not put his life at risk. The police did not share any additional information about the nature of the accident.
